Elementary Classes

Word of Life
At Word of Life Childrens Ministries we want children to have the time of their lives engrafting the Word of God into their lives.  This is done through Bible study, daily devotional quiet-time, scripture memorization, and Christian service.  All children, kindergarten through sixth grade, are invited to come join us on Sunday nights at 6:30!

Kid's Korral
Sunday School for children ages 4-11 on Sunday morning at 10:00 and study the "Children Desiring God" curriculum.

Royal Ambassadors
This group of boys, grades K-6, meets on Wednesday nights at 6:30 to learn about serving Christ and the community, and put that knowledge into action.

Girls in Action
Girls will learn to be women of God by studying how to love and serve others, and putting it into action.

Adult Choir
The adult choir sings praises to the Lord on Sunday mornings and practices on Wednesday evenings at 7:30.

These men serve in a variety of roles that are equally important as they demonstrate their biblical calling as servants of the Lord's church.

Baptist Missions

Women On Missions (WOM)
The WOM at Flat Creek, led by Deana Storey, strives to be a light not just to the community, but also the church itself as they work with and support many of the unseen services of others.

Baptist Young Women (BYW)
The BYW, led by Afton Fisher, is serving our church, our community, and all for Christ Jesus our Savior.  Typical meeting times are on Sunday nights at 5:30 and may cover things such as performing children's Christmas play practice and performance.

BMen (Baptist Men)

On Wednesday evenings young men from 18-40 years meet for devotions, accountability, and ministry.  These young men are led by Dr. Rick Jupin, Dean Epps, and Ben Fisher with a focus on ministry in action.  They have been involved in a number of projects assisting our elderly and widows.

Remote Learning

Church Library
Open Sundays from 12:30 to 1:00 and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:00.  A good library is essential to developing sanctification - Christians are to read their Bibles and also learn from those men and women that have lived sacrificial lives for Jesus Christ in the past.  Dawn Fisher is laboring to establish a thorough, Christ honoring library.

Home-Bound Ministry
Sunday morning sermons are distributed via CD/DVD to those that are physically unable to come to Flat Creek.  Missions groups deliver them on Wednesday nights along with prayer and fellowship.
